Principal’s Remarks

Welcome to Clyde Elementary School!

At Clyde Elementary School, we are committed to ensuring every child is known, valued, and supported. Our dedicated staff focuses on educating the whole child by meeting students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. From our bus drivers and custodians to our cooks, aides, secretaries, and teachers, every member of our school family plays a vital role in helping our students succeed.

At Clyde Elementary School, we understand the importance of laying a strong foundation for lifelong success. We are committed to developing the foundational academic skills, positive behaviors, and strong character traits that will prepare our students for the opportunities ahead. Through our Focus 3 principles, we help students build meaningful relationships, take responsibility for their actions, and develop the skills needed to become confident learners and leaders. At Clyde Elementary, we believe in creating a culture where foundations are built and futures take flight.

TAs we begin this school year, I am excited and honored to be a part of Flier Nation. I look forward to building strong relationships with our students, families, staff, and community while continuing the proud traditions of the Clyde-Green Springs School District. Together, we will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, perseverance, and a love of learning. By working together, we can ensure that every child has the support and opportunities needed to reach their full potential.

I am proud to serve as the principal of Clyde Elementary School and look forward to building upon the excellence that has already been established. Together, we will celebrate successes, support one another through challenges, and continue striving for excellence in all that we do.

The Flight Begins Here.

  • Second Grade: 3:35 p.m. (back of the building by the playground)
