Superintendent Remarks

Dear Clyde-Green Springs CommUNITY,
Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! We are thrilled to return to our buildings and welcome all our students to what promises to be an amazing year.
Having lived in Clyde for four decades, I have gained various perspectives on what makes our school district special. Truly, this great CommUNITY can take pride in the schools it sustains!
I understand that no greater trust is bestowed on an organization than the trust a community grants its school system. The care and education of our community’s children is a sacred trust and the highest priority of my office. I welcome parents, staff, students, and community members into a partnership dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for success in school and beyond.
In collaboration with our Board of Education, our administrative team will lead and guide the school district in a manner that honors the trust you have placed in us. We will prioritize the interests of students in every decision. We are committed to providing rigorous and relevant educational opportunities for each student, ensuring a school environment where students feel safe both physically and emotionally. We will be fiscally responsible and transparent as stewards of your tax dollars, and we will work together to achieve the best outcomes for students every day.
We are fortunate to have an exceptionally dedicated, devoted, and professional teaching staff who provide an elite learning environment for our students daily. Similarly, our support staff consists of hardworking, dedicated, and focused individuals who ensure that our schools, grounds, offices, classrooms, cafeterias, and buses are safe, clean, and well-maintained, creating the best possible environment for learning. Our administrative team is committed to leading our district forward by providing relevant and appropriate learning experiences at all levels.
Together, our team will uphold the strong traditions of excellence—in academics, the arts, and athletics—that Clyde-Green Springs Schools are known for. To achieve these goals, I invite you to become an active participant in your schools. Visit often. Become a volunteer. Find ways to contribute and support our efforts as we work together to create a better tomorrow, one child at a time. We will remain focused on excellence, guiding our youth, planning for the future, and fostering a lifetime of learning!

Strong Communities
“We truly have some amazing people that make our community a great place to raise a family.“

Board Member’s Remarks
The Clyde-Green Springs Schools have been very progressive in making curriculum changes to best meet the needs of all students. We will continue to remain aggressive in making positive educational change in our delivery system. Our test scores continue to improve and our concern for progress is felt district-wide. We have many devoted teachers, staff members, and support personnel who really care about the future of our children.
The communities of Clyde and Green Springs have been very supportive of our schools as evidenced by bond and levy passages over the past decade. We continue to be very appreciative of their support. Welcome to the Clyde-Green Springs School District. We hope your stay with us is a long and productive one. Please enjoy our website and continue to stop back often. The site is continually being updated. Thank you for your interest in the Clyde-Green Springs Schools.
